POS enhancements
- Macau Pass Integration: (Macau restaurants) You can now integrate and use Macau Pass as a payment option on the Eats365 POS.
- KPay Enhancements: Added Payme support and additional control over where payment information is printed: from the POS or a KPay terminal.
- Report Customization: Added new setting to display number separator (thousands separator) in Daily Closing Report, Shift Report, and Reconciliation Report.
- Queuing Ticket Customization: Added new controls over queuing ticket appearance (customize the messages and the background and text colors)
- TSPL Printer Support: You can now connect TSPL printers to the Eats365 POS.
Portal enhancements

AI Chatbot and Search Tool: Added new search tool integrated into the Merchant Portal
- You can now easily ask questions and search for relevant articles through the new AI Chatbot on Merchant Portal
- Transaction Report Filtering: Added new option to exclude combo option and modifier data in exported Transaction Reports (csv file)
- Combo Item Report Change: Removed Single or Combo Percentage for Combo Item information in Item Sold Report

Custom Prefix for Pickup Display: Added new option to add a custom prefix for calling numbers on the Pickup Display
- This feature applies to orders from online ordering platforms or delivery integrations
- You can now create custom texts to indicate which delivery platform the order was placed. This allows customers to easily find their order number on the screen.

Keeta Integration: Added new functions for Keeta integration
- Setting to allow the POS to manage all orders placed through Keeta
- When “Order Manager” is enabled, all orders placed on Keeta will be received and manage on the POS. If you have a different device for managing keeta orders, you must turn this setting off.
- Setting to include merchant discount in reports for Keeta integration
Branded Online Store enhancements
- Mobile Menu Display Style: Added new “Menu Item Display Style” for the mobile version of the Branded Online Store
- Payment Method Reordering: You can now reorder payment methods in your preferred sequence on the Branded Online Store

Hiding Inactive Vendors: Added new setting to hide vendors that are currently not in operation for Food Court restaurants
- When this setting is enabled, vendor shops won’t be displayed on the Branded Online Store when the shop is not in operation or when the shop is closed.
