Park and Retrieve orders

Function: The Park and Retrieve functions allow you to hold a customer’s unconfirmed order and then retrieve it later when the customer is ready to confirm their order. This feature is useful if the customer suddenly has to pause placing their order for various reasons.

Availability: POS, Merchant Portal (Classic Theme), Merchant Portal 2.0
