POS enhancements

  • Receipt and ticket template themes: Select from the available receipt and ticket themes and configure how receipt and tickets are printed.
    • You can set up this setting from the Merchant Portal 2.0.
  • Kitchen Ticket printing: Select whether you want to display the price of items on printed kitchen tickets.
  • POS notifications: New option to display notifications such as service calls, new orders, and self-checkout as either “icons” or “banners.”
  • Member tier-pricing for third party CRM: Apply different pricing for menu items depending on the customer’s third-party membership plan.

Branded Online Store enhancements

  • Member plan-exclusive items: This feature is now also available on the desktop version of the Branded Online Store. Set control access to specific menu items by associating them with specific memberplans. To learn more, refer to the following articles:

  • Member tier pricing: This feature is now also available on the desktop version of the Branded Online Store. Apply different pricing to menu items depending on the customer’s membership plan.
  • Member tier pricing for third-party CRM: Apply different pricing for menu items depending on the customer’s third-party membership plan.
  • Modifier and combo options quantity: Set whether you want to display or hide the maximum allowed quantity for modifier and combo options on customer-facing modules such as the Branded Online Store. This applies when the modifier or combo option’s quantity is set to 99.
  • Apply same membership plan to the whole group (Scan to Order): This feature allows groups ordering through Scan to Order to use a single membership plan for the whole group. The plan of the member who places the first order will apply to the whole party, allowing other group members to enjoy member-exclusive menu items and pricing. The member whose plan is being used will be indicated on their group ordering session on the Branded Online Store.
