POS Enhancements

• Display “Seated Time” and “Parent Order Number” in the cart details on the POS’ order-taking screen
• (Taiwan) Display invoice issuance status for tax invoice on the Order List 
  • You can now see if a tax invoice has been issued for a table by checking the “Issue Invoice Status” indicator in the table details.
• (Taiwan) Enable filtering by invoice issuance status on the Order List
  • A new “Pending” filter has been added on the Order List to show tax invoices that need to be issued.
• Added a new “Time Range” filter option on the Order List to display orders from the previous day
  • A new “Yesterday” filter has been added as an option for time range.
• Added a new filter to search for order by entering the table number
• Display coupon expiration date on the POS
  • This feature is only supported on integrated 3rd Party CRMs
• Add a number separator (thousands separator) for “Service Charge,” “Discount,” “Tax,” “Surcharge,” and “Rounding” on receipts
• New setting to adjust the number of decimal places in reports 
  • When you configure the “Decimal Place Setting in Reporting Data” setting, you can set your preferred decimal place for various regions.
  • This setting applies to reports in both the POS and the Merchant Portal.

Merchant Portal enhancements

• Display “Sales by Dining Type” in the exported Sales Summary file
• Added a new filter to group items by “Item Code (Reporting)” or by “Item Name” in the Item Preparation Time Report
• New setting to record promotions as discount for GrabFood integration
  • When this setting is enabled, orders placed from GrabFood that contain a promotion will be recorded as a discount.
