Integrate 365pay with the Eats365 POS
Learn how to integrate 365pay with your restaurant and pair your Adyen terminal with your Eats365 POS.
Integrating 365pay and pairing a supported payment terminal enables you to begin payment processing. Before you can begin, you must have already received a successful application and the relevant 365pay settings configured, including associating your Adyen terminals to your restaurant (through Merchant ID).
In this article, you’ll learn how to complete the 365pay integration setup and connect a new Adyen-supported terminal to your Eats365 POS.
Add 365pay integration
Integrate 365pay with the Eats365POS
To integrate 365pay with your restaurant, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Merchant Portal and ensure that your preferred restaurant profile is set.
- On the left panel, navigate to Restaurant Settings. Then, click on Payment Settings and choose Integrated Payment Settings.
Tip: You can click the shortcut link from the “Application Process” tab to immediately jump to this page. - Under “Payment Settings”, click on 365pay. Then turn on 365pay
.
- Enable Allow Member Credit Top Up
.
- Next to “Printing Method,” choose your preferred printing device. The selected printing method prints all the receipts related to 365pay. You can choose from the following options:
- Disabled
- POS
- Terminal
- Next to “Tipping Method,” select where tip information will be displayed. You can choose from the following options:
- Disabled
- POS
- Terminal
- Receipt
- Under “Enabled Payment Type”, choose from the available payment types:
- Credit Card
- Alipay
- At the bottom right, click on Save to confirm. You must restart the POS device for the changes to take effect.
Integrate 365pay with the Branded Online Store
To integrate 365pay to process online payments through the Branded Online Store, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Merchant Portal and ensure that your preferred restaurant profile is set.
- On the left panel, navigate to Restaurant Settings. Then, click on Payment Settings and choose Integrated Payment Settings.
Tip: You can click the shortcut link from the “Application Process” tab to immediately jump to this page. - Under “Payment Settings”, click on User App/Branded Online Store Payment Settings.
- Next to “Credit Card Payment Provider,” click on the drop-down list and select 365Pay Online.
- At the bottom right, click on Save to confirm.
Pair an Adyen terminal with Eats365 POS
To connect an Adyen payment terminal to the POS, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Eats365 POS.
- At the top left, tap Settings

- Under "Integrated Payment," tap 365pay.
- Tap Scan QR Code. To find the QR code, you can do the following:
- On the Adyen payment terminal, tap Settings, then tap Device Info.
- Tap the QR code option.
- Scan the QR code using your POS camera.
- Alternatively, you may also manually enter the Adyen payment terminal’s IP Address and Terminal ID. Note that the terminal ID must be entered as [model number]-[serial]. number].
- At the top right, tap Save to confirm.
You can now use the mobile payment terminal to process card payments. For more information on how to process payments refer to Process a payment for an order.
Pair an Adyen terminal with Eats365 Self Order Kiosk (Android)
To connect an Adyen terminal to an Android Self Order Kiosk, follow the steps below:
- On the Self Order Kiosk, tap “www.eats365pos.com" multiple times to access the Kiosk’s settings. This displays a password prompt.
- Enter your 4-digit passcode.
- Select Payment Settings.
- Enable 365pay Adyen
, then tap Setting.
- Enter the terminal ID (PoI ID) using the required format (Model Number + “hyphen” + Serial Number). For example: “P400Plus-123456789.” You can find this information on the underside of the terminal or in the terminal’s product manual.
Note: Pairing terminals using QR code is not supported on Android Self Order Kiosks.
- Choose the payment methods you want to enable for 365pay by ticking the corresponding checkbox
. The available payment methods is determined by your current 365pay integrated payment configuration.
- At the top right, tap Save.
