Configure printer to print expeditor tickets
Learn how to set a printer to print expeditor tickets using the Eats365 POS app.
An expeditor ticket is a single ticket that shows all items placed in an order. Printing an expeditor ticket allows the expeditor to organize customers orders and prepare in advance, especially if the items included in an order are coming from different kitchen stations.
In this article, you’ll learn how to set a printer to print expeditor tickets.
Assign a printer to print expeditor tickets
To set a printer to print expeditor tickets, follow the steps below:
Eats365 POS
- Log in to the Eats365 POS.
- At the top left, tap Settings .
- Under General, tap Printer Setup, then choose a connected printer.
- Under Supported Printing Types, place a check mark beside Expeditor Ticket.
- Select the kitchen stations that you want to include in the expeditor ticket. If you want to included non-print items in the expeditor ticket, select Non-print Item.
Note:- Non-print items refer to items that are not printed on kitchen tickets. To set an item as a non-print item, refer to Set up and manage a Single Item.
- If you have multiple kitchen stations available in your restaurant, you can configure the expediter ticket to only include items coming from specific kitchen stations in the restaurant. For example, if your restaurant operates both as a restaurant and a cafe, you can configure a printer to print expeditor tickets which include items assigned to kitchen stations in your restaurant, and a different printer for items included in kitchen stations assigned to the cafe.
- Tap Save to confirm.
Merchant Portal (Classic Theme)
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Restaurant Settings. Then, click on Printer List.
- Next to the printer that you want to assign to print kitchen tickets, click on View.
Note: You must pair a printer to the Eats365 POS first to be able to configure the printer to print expeditor tickets on the Merchant Portal. To connect a printer to the POS, refer to Scan and pair a printer. - Under Supported Printing Types, place a check mark beside Expeditor Ticket.
- Select the kitchen stations that you want to include in the expeditor ticket. If you want to included non-print items in the expeditor ticket, select Non-print Item.
Note:- Non-print items refer to items that are not printed on kitchen tickets. To set an item as a non-print item, refer to Set up and manage a Single Item.

- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Restaurant Settings. Then, click on Printing.
- Click on Printer List.
- Next to the printer that you want to assign to print kitchen tickets, click on View.
Note: You must pair a printer to the Eats365 POS first to be able to configure the printer to print kitchen tickets on the Merchant Portal. To connect a printer to the POS, refer to Scan and pair a printer. - Under Supported Printing Types, place a check mark beside Expeditor Ticket.
- Click on the drop-down menu and select the kitchen stations that you want to include in the expeditor ticket. If you want to included non-print items in the expeditor ticket, select Non-print Item.

Configure expeditor ticket printing
To choose the instances when a printer prints an expeditor ticket, follow the steps below:
Eats365 POS
- Log in to the Eats365 POS.
- At the top left, tap Settings .
- Under Settings, select Printing, then choose Expeditor Ticket Printing.
- Select an option to turn on or turn off .
Note: For your convenience, the majority of the options are already described based on their actual purpose. For example, the option Print Takeout Indicator on Expeditor Ticket adds a “Takeout” label on the ticket. The option Print Show Dine-in Order Number adds the order number on the ticket, and so on. Refer to the Additional Expeditor Ticket Printing options section for more information. - Tap Save to confirm.

- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Restaurant Settings. Then, click on Printing.
- Click on the Expeditor Ticket Printing tab.
Tip: Click on the left and right arrows to navigate between the different tabs. - Select an option to turn on or turn off .

Select how you want to display combo items.
