New features
Order and Payment Surcharge
Function: A surcharge is a fee added to the total bill, which can be applied through items included in the order or the customer's payment method.
Affected reports: Surcharge reporting data can be found in the Shift Report.
Availability: POS, Merchant Portal 2.0, and Branded Web

Important:
The Surcharge function currently doesn't support the following:
- Foodcourt service
- Split by item feature
- Restaurant connected with Hotel Property Management System (PMS)
- Restaurants in the UK region
Order Quantity Limit
Function: Ordering Quantity Limit allows the Eats365 POS system to limit the number of items that customers can order. You can set the restriction to apply based on party size, per table order, or per order attempt.
Availability: POS, Merchant Portal 2.0, and Branded Web

Note: The setting to configure the Order Quantity Limit is currently only available on Merchant Portal 2.0.
