Learn about the different restaurant service modes that are available on the Eats365 POS.

When you first purchase Eats365 POS, you will be provided with options to use the POS in different service modes, such as Full Service, Quick Serve, Virtual shop, Cloud kitchen, and Food court operation.

In this article, you’ll learn about the restaurant service modes that you can set for your Eats365 POS and the differences between these restaurant modes.

Basic restaurant modes

There are two basic restaurant modes available in the Eats365 POS. You can choose from either two when you apply for a free trial on the Eats365 website.

Full Service

Full Service mode offers real-time table status viewing and is suitable for dine-in restaurants. Using the Full Serve mode, you can recreate your restaurant’s table map on the POS.

Quick Serve

Quick Serve is best suited for takeout and delivery. This mode is ideal for food stalls and beverage shops.
