POS and Merchant Portal

  • Display tax rates in receipts and reports: You can now configure the System Preferences setting through the Merchant Portal to display tax name, rate, and total tax amount on receipts and reports.
  • Foodpanda integration: Added a new setting to include merchant and platform discounts in reports.
  • GTO report: Added a new supported report and file format.
    • New supported report: JEM
    • New supported file format for DCS reports: AMK

Branded Online Store 

  • Display member's name during group online ordering: You can now set how shared tables (dine-in group ordering using Scan to Order) appear on the Branded Online Store. This enhancement allows you to set whether the member’s name appears on-screen or not. For more information on this function, refer to the following articles:

    • Place orders on the Branded Online Store
  • Show tip option: You can now include tip options on the branded online store. This enhancement allows you to customize the tip options, add a custom message, and associate an emoji upon tip selection.
  • Support surcharge on 365pay transactions: 365pay can now be configured to include surcharges on payment transactions. 
    Important: In some regions, such as in Australia and New Zealand, setting up this feature requires Eats365 assistance.
  • Show cutlery option: You can now customize the Branded Online Store to hide or display the cutlery request section. This allows customers to choose whether they need cutlery with their order or not.

Eats365 Biz

  • Support orders from third-party delivery platforms: Eats365 Biz now supports accepting and rejecting orders from third-party delivery platforms, including FoodPanda, Uber Eats, GrabFood, Deliverect, and Keeta.
  • Additional supported payment method: Line Pay can now be integrated as a payment method for Biz.
  • Taiwan tax invoice: Eats365 Biz now supports tax invoice issuance in Taiwan.
  • Printing preferences per dining type: Eats365 Biz allows you to set specific printing preferences for confirmed orders and official receipts depending on the dining type. 

Kitchen Display System

  • All-new Eats365 KDS app: A new app called "Eats365 KDS" supporting the new version of the Kitchen Display System has been released. The previous version of the KDS app (Eats365 KDS Touch) will still be available for use, however, new enhancements will only be available on the new app.
  • Online-offline syncing: Eats365 KDS now supports online and offline syncing for better relaying of orders during restaurant operations. This new feature is only supported on the new Eats365 KDS app.

Self Order Kiosk (Android)

  • Eats365pay integration: Eats365pay can now be set up as a supported payment method on the Self Order Kiosk.
  • Support Auto Complete Order when Paid: New setting to automatically complete orders placed on the Self Order Kiosk upon payment.
  • Support discounts: The Self Order Kiosk now supports applying discounts. Customers can apply discounts by choosing from a list of available active public discounts or entering the corresponding discount code set in the discount's configuration.
  • Show tip option: Customers can now leave tips directly from the Self Order Kiosk. 
  • Closed shop indicator: The Self Order Kiosk now features a dedicated screen indicating that the shop is closed. This screen appears during non-operating hours and after the end-of-day process is performed on the POS.
  • Taiwan tax invoice: Customers can now include tax invoice details when they order from the Self Order Kiosk. When a customer places an order on the kiosk and selects the "Pay at Cashier" option, they'll be prompted to enter their tax invoice details. This information will be relayed to and printed by the POS. 
  • CRM integration: You can now integrate Eats365 and third-party CRM on the Self Order Kiosk. Once integrated, members can log in to their account on the Self Order Kioskand avail of memberbenefits, such as: 
    • Earn and redeem membership points
    • Avail of store-wide and member-exclusive discounts
    • Use member credits for payments
  • Send diagnostic logs: The Self Order Kiosk can now send diagnostic log files to help narrow down and troubleshoot issues on the kiosk. 
  • New supported payment method: Alipay can now be enabled as a payment method on the Self Order Kiosk.
