The Queue Ticket Kiosk is synced with the Eats365 POS so all tickets issued from the Queue Ticket Kiosk are automatically logged on the POS system in real time. This helps restaurant staff manage all queuing tickets issued from both the POS and the Queue Ticket Kiosk and prevents queuing tickets from getting lost in the process.

Modules that work with Queue Ticket Kiosk: Aside from the Eats365 POS, the Queue Ticket Kiosks can also be connected to the eSignage to display queue status.

The Queue Ticket Kiosk is paired with the Eats365 POS to allow staff to manage queuing tickets issued on the Queue Ticket Kiosk. You’ll first need to configure the queuing settings on the Eats365 POS to determine the queuing ticket to be issued depending on party size. Once the queuing settings have been configured, you can pair the Queue Ticket Kiosk with the POS, and the queuing settings will automatically be applied to the Queue Ticket Kiosk.

How are tickets issued from the Queue Ticket Kiosk managed on the Eats365 POS?

Tickets issued from the Queue Ticket Kiosk are automatically logged on the POS. Once the customer is ready to be seated, restaurant staff can simply call the customer to be seated through the POS. You can also hold queuing tickets and seat customers to their tables from the queue management system on the POS.
