POS enhancements

• (Taiwan) New setting to allow deletion of existing invoice numbers on the POS
  • You must enable the “Delete e-Invoice” permission on the Users and Permissions setting to allow deletion of existing invoice numbers.
• (Taiwan) New setting to disable tax invoice issuing on select POS terminals
• Added new method of inputting custom information on the CRM
  • You can now create drop-down lists with preset choices to easily fill in customer’s information.
• New setting to enable or disable the “Split Check” feature on the POS
  • When this setting is enabled, you can also configure to enable or disable the “Split by Amount” or “Split by Item” feature.
• New setting to allow logging in to the POS using a PIN code

Merchant Portal enhancements

• Added a new Export Type for Xero Integration
  • You can now choose to export sales information to Xero as “Invoice” only or as “Invoice and Credit Note.”
  • When “Invoice and Credit Note” is selected, transactions will be categorized into separate invoice and credit notes. Transactions, representing sales and payments, received by the restaurant are included in the invoice. While transactions, representing refunds or voided payments, returned to the customer are included in the credit notes.
• Allow excluding shops when generating Organization / Group Operation Report
  • When a shop is excluded, all data processed by the shop won’t be included in the Operation Report.

• New feature to apply shared modifiers to multiple items
  • When a shared modifier is applied to items, any change made to the shared modifier will automatically reflect on the items.
• New feature to replace modifiers across multiple items simultaneously
• (Singapore and Malaysia) Added a new tab to show Export History for GTO reports

Branded Online Store enhancements

• New setting to override the Pay Later setting on Dine-in order in Full Service
  • This feature applies to Scan to Order.
  • This setting allows you to configure different payment settings for regular Dine-in orders and orders placed through Scan to Order.
