View and manage Upsell Performance Report
Learn how to generate an Upsell Performance Report on the Merchant Portal.
The Upsell Performance Report summarizes the sales performance of "Guess You May Like" items for a selected period. The report measures the usage and effectiveness of predictive item recommendations, providing insights into how the feature impacts your overall revenue and allowing you to optimize your upselling strategy.

Upsell Performance Report contents
The Upsell Performance Report includes the following details:
Summary
The "Summary" section lists key details about upselling performance, such as:
- Impressions: The total number of times suggested "Guess You May Like" items are displayed to customers (no interaction required). An impression is counted every time a recommendation appears on a customer's screen (on the menu, item page, checkout, and more), regardless of the number of items displayed.
- Clicked: The total number of times a suggested "Guess You May Like" item was selected by a customer to view more details.
- Add to Cart: The total number of times a suggested "Guess You May Like" item was successfully added to a customers' cart.
- Ordered: The total number of suggested "Guess You May Like" items purchased.
- Conversion Rate: Measures the percentage of displayed "Guess You May Like" item suggestions (impressions) that resulted in a completed order.
- Number of Items Ordered: The total number of individual "Guess You May Like" items sold across all orders.
- Amount of Items Sold: The total gross revenue generated specifically from suggested "Guess You May Like" items.

Performance
The "Performance" section presents predictive "Guess You May Like" items' upselling performance by displaying the Impressions, Clicked, Add to Cart, and Ordered counts in a chart over the specified period.

Sales by Hour
The "Sales by Hour" section allows you to identify peak sales periods at a glance by visualizing revenue and suggested "Guess You May Like" item order volume across each hour of the operation day. This graph displays the total number of ordered suggested "Guess You May Like" items with the corresponding sales value by hour.

Sales by Day of Week
The "Sales by Day of Week" section visualizes the total revenue and total number of suggested "Guess You May Like" item order volume for each day within the specified period, allowing you to easily identify high and low-performing days. This graph displays the total number of ordered suggested "Guess You May Like" items with the corresponding sales value by week.

Added to Cart By Location
The "Added to Cart By Location" section displays a visual presentation of the originating areas in your Branded Online Store where suggested "Guess You May Like" items were added to customer carts.

Top Performing Recommendations
The "Top Performing Recommendations" section lists the top 10 most popular recommendations, along with key details such as:
- Clicked: The number of times the suggested "Guess You May Like" item was selected on the menu.
- Add to Cart: The number of times the suggested "Guess You May Like" item was added to the customer's cart.
- Add to Cart (%): The percentage of clicks that resulted in the suggested "Guess You May Like" item being successfully added to the cart.
- Number of Items Sold: The total number of items sold for that specific suggested "Guess You May Like" recommendation.
- Amount of Items Sold: The total revenue generated from the sales of the suggested "Guess You May Like" item.

View the Upsell Performance Report
To view your Upsell Performance Report, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Reporting

Upsell Performance Report. - Select the date range that you wish to include in the report.
- Select the Dining Type(s) that you want to include in the report.
- Click on Submit to retrieve the records.
Print the Upsell Performance Report
To print an Upsell Performance Report, click on Print. Then, select the printer where you want to print the report. Click on Print to confirm.
