Fiuu is a payment gateway that can process various payment methods, including credit cards and digital wallets. When Fiuu is integrated into the Eats365 POS, customers can pay their bill using credit cards, QR codes, and DuitNow payments.

Set up Fiuu on the Merchant Portal

To enable Fiuu as a payment method, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Merchant Portal.
2. On the left panel, click on Restaurant SettingsPayment SettingsIntegrated Payment Settings.
3. From the list of payment services, scroll to the right and find “Fiuu.” Then, toggle on Enable .
   
4. Under "Enabled Payment Type," toggle on the payment methods that you want to use. You can choose from the following:
   • Credit Card
   • QR Code
   • DuitNow
5. Click on Save to confirm.

Once confirmed, a prompt appears to restart the POS to apply the integration.

Integrate Fiuu with the Eats365 POS

After enabling Fiuu as an integrated payment option from the Merchant Portal, you can then proceed to set up the integration on the Eats365 POS. To do this, follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to the Eats365 POS.
2. At the top left, tap Settings .
3. Under "Integrated Payment," tap Fiuu.
4. Enter the IP Address of the Fiuu terminal.
   
5. Tap Save to confirm.
