Integrate GrabFood with the Eats365 POS
Learn how to integrate GrabFood into your restaurant operations.
This article discusses the integration process for orders from GrabFood to go through to the Eats365 POS. For information on how to sync your menu with GrabFood, refer to Sync menus for takeaway platform integrations.
Set up GrabFood integration on the Merchant Portal
Before you can successfully integrate GrabFood into your restaurant’s operations, you must first enable GrabFood on the Merchant Portal.
To set up GrabFood integration, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on App Store. Then, click on App Library.
- Click on the Available Apps tab. Then, under "Takeaway Platform," select GrabFood.
- Next to "GrabFood," click on Get This App. You’ll be redirected to the app’s settings page.
- Enable Support Grab Food

Important: You must first enable item access permission for relevant items before integrating GrabFood with the Eats365 POS system. For more information on how to enable item access permissions, refer to Manage an item's access permission. - Click on Integration Connect. You'll be redirected to the GrabFood page to continue with the setup.
- On the GrabFood website, log in to your account.
- Select the store where you'd like to do the integration. Then, click on Connect.
- A prompt appears to export GrabFood menu items to your store. Click on Skip this step.
Important: Exporting the menu from GrabFood will override your existing menu in the Eats365 POS, so make sure to skip this step. - Click on Enable Integration to complete the GrabFood Integration setup.
- Once integration is successful, go back to the Merchant Portal and configure the relevant settings.
Note: The "Store ID" field will be automatically populated on the Merchant Portal after a successful integration on the GrabFood page. - To accept GrabFood orders automatically, turn on Auto Accept Orders

- To set a delivery platform indicator on the Pickup Display for orders placed through GrabFood, enable Prefix When Call Number Customized
. Then, next to “Custom Prefix When Call Number,” enter the custom prefix.
- Under “Merchant Charge Fee,” enter the Reporting ID for the merchant charge fee that will appear in reports.
- To include the merchant charge amount in the order, disable Enable Exclude From Billing
. When enabled, the merchant charge will not be included in the order.
- Choose the tax group for the merchant charge fee.
- To identify the merchant charge in the order, turn on Enable Name Customized
and add the name in all applicable languages. Click on Add Language to add more.
- To display GrabFood promotions as discounts in your POS and reports, enable Promotion Recorded as Discount
. This ensures they appear as discounts in your POS and in reports as a discount.
- To display your menu items to GrabFood, click on Sync Menu.
- To create a name for menu periods, under "Menu Period Name," click on Preview. Then, enter the name for each available menu period.
Note: The system automatically detects menu periods. Once a name has been assigned to a menu period, this will be synced to GrabFood. - At the top right, click on Save to confirm.
