Use Pixalink points, credits, and rewards on the Eats365 POS
Learn how to use Pixalink points, credits, and rewards directly on the Eats365 POS.
The Pixalink integration with the Eats365 POS enables customers to enjoy their existing membership benefits, such as earning points, paying with credits, and redeeming rewards to take advantage of ongoing Pixalink promotions.
In this article, you’ll learn how to earn Pixalink points, use credits, and redeem rewards directly within the Eats365 POS.
Earn Pixalink points from the Eats365 POS
To earn Pixalink points on transactions made from the Eats365 POS, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Eats365 POS.
- From the order-taking screen, at the top left, tap Add Customer.

- On the "Member ID" field, tap the Scan button.
- Scan the code found on the member's Pixalink Customer Portal.
- The customer's member details appear on the screen. Tap Add to Order to associate the order with the member.

- Proceed to place the customer's order and process payment.
Once payment is successful, the member automatically earns points, which will be reflected in their Pixalink Customer Portal.
Use Pixalink credits on the Eats365 POS
To use Pixalink credits on the Eats365 POS, follow the steps below:
Use credits to pay for an order
- Log in to the Eats365 POS.
- From the order-taking screen, at the top left, tap Add Customer.

- On the "Member ID" field, tap the Scan button.

- Scan the code found on the member's Pixalink Customer Portal.
- The customer's member details appear on the screen. Tap Add to Order to associate the order with the member.

- Proceed to place the customer's order and process payment.
- On the payment page, select Credits as the payment method, then tap Pay.
Once payment is successful, the credit is automatically deducted from the member's total credits and will be reflected in their Pixalink Customer Portal.
Top-up credit from the Eats365 POS
- Log in to the Eats365 POS.
- From the order-taking screen, at the top left, tap Add Customer.

- On the "Member ID" field, tap the Scan button.

- Scan the code found on the member's Pixalink Customer Portal.
- The customer's member details appear on the screen. Tap Add to Order to associate the order with the member.

- Select the top-up credit item and proceed to payment.

Once payment is successful, the purchased credit automatically appears on the member's Pixalink Customer Portal.
Redeem a Pixalink reward on the Eats365 POS
To redeem a Pixalink reward and use it on the Eats365 POS, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Eats365 POS.
- From the order-taking screen, at the top left, tap Add Customer.

- On the "Member ID" field, tap the Scan button.

- Scan the code found on the member's Pixalink Customer Portal.
- The customer's member details appear on the screen. Tap Add to Order to associate the order with the member.

- On the "Coupons" page, select the reward that you want to apply to the order. Then, tap Apply Coupon.
Note: The customer must have redeemed vouchers from the Pixalink Customer Portal to make it appear on the Eats365 POS. If no voucher has been redeemed by the customer, no voucher will appear in this section.
- Proceed to place the customer's order and process payment.
Once payment is successful, the reward will be marked as "Used" on the member's Pixalink Customer Portal.
