    How do I integrate Pixalink with the Eats365 POS?

    Pixalink integration with the Eats365 POS requires setup on both the Eats365 POS system and the Pixalink platform. This process may include the following: 

    • Integrating from the Eats365 Merchant Portal
    • Enabling necessary permissions
    • Assigning the restaurant in Pixalink's back office
    • Linking your restaurant to the Pixalink platform and configuring the necessary settings
    • Enabling 3rd Party CRM Integration on the Eats365 POS

    How to add a new discount voucher on the Eats365 POS that's linked with Pixalink?

    To add a new discount voucher that is both available on the Pixalink platform and the Eats365 POS, follow the steps below: 

    1. Create a reward on the Pixalink Merchant Dashboard.
    2. Create a discount on the Eats365 Merchant Portal using the same details set up in Pixalink.
    3. Redeem the reward from the Pixalink Customer Portal.

    Once the reward has been redeemed, it should appear on the list of available "Coupons" that can be used by the member on the Eats365 POS.

    Should the discount voucher be set up on the Pixalink platform, or do I have to set it up on the Eats365 POS as well? 

    The discount voucher must be created on both the Pixalink Merchant Dashboard and the Eats365 Merchant Portal. To ensure that the voucher appears correctly on the POS, the discount details, including the "Discount Code," "Discount Name," and "Discount Description," must match on both Pixalink and Eats365.

    How do I enable the discount for Scan to Order and the Branded Online Store?

    • If you are using Discount 1.0: Create a discount using "Public Discount" or "Online Ordering Discount." For more information on creating discounts, refer to Create and manage discounts (Discount 1.0).
    • If you are using Discount 2.0: Upon creation of the discount on the Eats365 Merchant Portal, ensure to select "Mobile Ordering Application" from the list of available modules. For more information on creating discounts, refer to the following articles:

      • Create an item discount (Discount 2.0)
