When Pixalink is integrated with the Eats365 POS, members can automatically earn points, top up stored credits, and use Pixalink rewards directly through the Eats365 POS during transactions. 

In this article, you'll learn how to integrate Pixalink rewards, so customers can easily redeem member discounts on the Eats365 POS.

Create a reward in Pixalink

1. Log in to the Pixalink Merchant Dashboard.
2. On the left side bar menu, click on Loyalty ProgramRewards.
3. At the top right, click on +New Reward and create the reward.
4. Click on the Configurations tab and set up the necessary settings:
   
   1. Under "Eats365 Integration Settings," toggle on Enabled .
   2. Under "Applicable Spaces," click on the drop-down menu and select your restaurant from the list.
   3. Under "Beta Features," enable Referring Store Discount .
   4. Under "Discount Code," enter the code associated with the discount. This is the same discount code that will need to be entered on the Eats365 POS discount configuration.
      Note: All Discount Codes must be unique and should follow consistent patterns for ease of configuration. Example: 
      • Tiering vouchers: TXXXX (T0001, T0002, T0003)
      • Marketplace vouchers: VXXXX (V0001, V0002, V0003)
      • Referral vouchers: CMPGXXXX (CMPG0001, CMPG0002, CMPG0003)

Create a discount in the Eats365 Merchant Portal

Once the reward has been set up in Pixalink, you can proceed with creating a discount on the Merchant Portal.
