Merchant Portal enhancements
-
Receive 365pay report via email: You can now receive 365pay reports in your registered email. To enable this feature, contact Eats365 for assistance.
Note: This feature currently only supports the Payouts History report. - 365pay Dispute Transaction Report: The Dispute Transaction report provides a summary of payments that have been challenged by customers or card-issuing banks. Common reasons for disputes include suspected fraud, unprovided service, and duplicate billing. Use this report to track ongoing disputes.
- 365pay Capture Failed Transactions Report: The Capture Failed Transactions report lists payments that were not successfully captured. When a payout is unsuccessful due to capture reversal, the system will retry to process the payout on your next payout schedule. You can check the status of these retries in this report.
- Create Merchant Portal mobile shortcut: Create an app shortcut for the Merchant Portal website on your mobile device to easily manage your restaurant settings, access relevant reports, and more.
Branded Online Store enhancements
- Display your menu in the branded online store in view-mode: Configure the branded online store to only show menu items in view-mode, which displays the menu without allowing customers to place orders. This feature can be used alongside payment QR codes to enhance the customer's self-checkout process.
- Customize dining mode options: Configure the branded online store to only show selected dining modes.
- New order status and order QR code design: This enhancement offers a new and improved order status design and displays the pickup order QR code on the confirmation page by default to help users keep track of their orders efficiently.
- Support showing dine-in notice in multiple languages: You can now display your restaurant's dine-in notice in multiple languages. Previously, the dine-in notice appeared in one language only, so the same message is shown no matter what language is chosen on the branded online store.
- Support entering phone number and guest name as optional only: Control whether you want to require customers to add a phone number and guest name, or keep it as optional information.
- Branded Online Store mobile shortcuts: Creating a branded online store shortcut is now supported on all major browsers.
- Process $0 orders through self-checkout: You can now process $0 payments through self-checkout. $0 payments may happen when discounts are applied to an order. When $0 payments are processed through self-checkout, a "No Payment Required" option appears as a payment method on the checkout page.
- Updated sold-out complimentary item alert message: New design on how "Comp Item Sold Out" alert messages appear on the branded online store.
- (Taiwan) Support JKOPay (街口支付): New supported payment method.
