Update 26.3.1: New Coursing setting and other POS and Merchant Portal enhancements

POS enhancements

New Coursing setting:
- A new "Coursing" setting is now available on the Merchant Portal. Within this setting, you can do the following:
- Assign courses to categories and items
- Manage courses

Note: There are eight different courses available on the Eats365 POS by default. With this update, you can now create additional courses.

Updates to Daily Closing report information:

Audit Trail > Returns
- The Daily Closing report will now display order numbers associated with returned orders

Audit Trail > Void Items
- The Daily Closing report will now display information on void items on the Eats365 POS. Previously, this information could only be found on the Merchant Portal.

Audit Trail > Returns
- Display menu item names in double rows: Configure the POS to display menu item names on the order-taking screen in two rows. This can be updated from the Layout Editor.

New option for KPay QR Code payments: Select how KPay QR code payments are processed on the Eats365 POS. You can choose from the following options:
- POS Scan QR code
- Terminal Scan QR code
- Terminal Generate QR code
- New sound alert when primary POS is offline: With this enhancement, the POS will display the "Offline Primary POS" notification at the top of the screen, along with an alert tone to notify staff members when the POS suddenly goes offline.
Merchant Portal enhancements
- Resolve pending payments flagged in the On-premise Payment Abnormal Report: The On-premise Payment Abnormal Report now allows you to manually resolve detected irregular payments. When a transaction is flagged in the report, a staff member is required to check and acknowledge the transaction according to the case.

New note about using ticket type custom colour:
- A new note has been added to remind users not to use white text for "Ticket Type Custom Colour" when the eSignage is set to the "Light" theme.
- Using white text with the Light theme may cause visibility issues when the ticket number is flashed on the eSignage display.
