Set up Fiuu on the Eats365 POS

Learn how to complete the Fiuu setup on the Eats365 POS.

Once Fiuu or Fiuu Spot Payment has been integrated with your Eats365 POS, you must complete the setup on the POS.

In this article, you’ll learn how to add your Fiuu terminal's IP Address or assign a terminal ID for the POS for Fiuu Spot Payment.

Note: You may contact Eats365 for assistance in setting up the Fiuu integration or Fiuu payment terminal.

To add your Fiuu terminal's IP Address in the Fiuu setup, follow the steps below:

To assign a Terminal ID to a POS, follow the steps below:

Log in to the Eats365 POS.
At the top left, tap Settings .
Under "Integrated Payment," tap Fiuu Spot Payment.
Enter the Terminal ID that you want to set for the POS. This helps you identify which POS terminal processed the Fiuu payment for an order. For example, if you have three POS terminals, you can set each Terminal ID as "01", "02", and "03".
Tap Save to confirm.
