Lalamove is an on-demand delivery service provider designed to transport orders from the restaurant to the customer's location. When integrated with Eats365, you can set orders placed on the Eats365 POS and Branded Online Store to be delivered to customers using Lalamove's fleet for delivery.

In this article, you’ll learn how to enable Lalamove for your restaurant.

Before you start

Before integrating Lalamove with the POS, you must have the following credentials from your Lalamove partner account:

• API Key
• API Secret

Set up Lalamove on the Merchant Portal

To enable Lalamove for your restaurant, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Merchant Portal.
2. On the left panel, click on App StoreApp Library. Then, select Available Apps.
   
3. From the list of partners, find "Lalamove," then click on Get This App.
   
4. Toggle on Enable Lalamove .
   
5. Click on the Pricing Type drop-down menu and select the applicable pricing type.
   
   • Regular: Standard delivery pricing.
   • Priority: Higher pricing than the Regular option.
     Tip: Delivery riders are motivated by competitive pricing. If you experience slow order pickup times during peak hours using "Regular" pricing, switching to "Priority" can help attract riders more quickly.
6. Click on Account Information. Then, enter the following credentials.
   
   • API Key
   • API Secret
7. Click on Validate to proceed.
