POS enhancements

Display full phone number on member profiles: A new system preference setting allows merchants to show or partially hide the customer's phone number on their CRM member profile page.

Branded Online Store enhancements

Enhanced landing page design interface: Customize your restaurant’s Branded Online Store website with updated visual controls to attract more customers and provide a seamless ordering experience. With this recent update, the following enhancements have been applied to the Ordering Site settings: 

• "Glassy Style" Landing Page style: Applies a modern aesthetic across both Takeout and Scan to Order (BYOD) landing pages.
• Large Hero Section Media: Displays an autoplaying video or an image carousel (up to 5 images) on your restaurant's landing page.
• Compact display mode for modifier and combo options: Enables a space-saving layout for modifier and combo options on the item ordering page. The website only applies this compressed view in the languages you've selected.
• Display login option: Choose whether the account login and sign-up prompts appear on your website. 

Merchant Portal enhancements

• Missing mapped codes alert: An error message now appears when exporting Static QR Codes if no mapped codes can be found, preventing empty .zip file downloads.
• Updated "Scanning Settings" interface: Redesigned the configuration layout for scanning preferences under System Preferences.
• "Breakdown by Price Tier" option in Sales by Item Report: Customize the report to display sales data separately for each price tier and regular item price.
  Note: This feature currently applies to standard tier pricing and won't include price tiers from online ordering platforms.
• Updated Reconciliation Report display and export logic: The on-screen report preview is now restricted to date ranges of 7 days or less. For date ranges exceeding 7 days, the report is available for export only.
• "Enable Discount Restriction" setting (Group-level): Renamed the "Limit Discount per Order" setting under "Group Setting" to "Enable Discount Restriction." Enabling this setting unlocks additional configuration options in the Discount General settings.
• Singapore GTO report enhancements: 
  • Renamed report type: Renamed the "Chijmes" GTO report option to "Chijmes / City Square Mall / Jurong Point Shopping Mall" to include other shopping centers using the same report format. 
  • New "File Name" format setting: Added a setting to select the file naming format required for your export destination.
• Media upload controls for the branded online store: 
  • File size indicators: Added inline hints displaying the maximum file upload limit.
  • Size limit validation: The system now blocks files that exceed the maximum limit and displays an immediate validation error message.
  • Automated image compression: Uploaded images undergo smart compression to preserve visual clarity while fitting within the field's file size limits.
• Pre-order Report enhancements: Added customizable fields to the pre-order report, including contact name, phone number, and delivery address.
• Bulk Import for modifier names enhancements: 
  • Updated file format support: Downloaded import templates now use the .xlsx format. The portal accepts both .xlsx and .xls formats upon re-upload.
  • "Include Shared Modifier" setting: Merchants can now exclude Shared Modifiers when generating the template. Because shared modifiers are reference-only and cannot be edited via spreadsheet import, excluding them reduces the overall file size and import processing times.

Expedite Display enhancements

• Check name visibility: Order check names are now displayed on orders for Full Service restaurants.
• Complete all orders simultaneously: Added a "Complete All" setting that allows staff to complete all orders displayed on the Expedite Display simultaneously.
• New supported languages: Vietnamese and Korean
• Send Diagnostics Logs enhancement: The diagnostics log screen now shows whether the log upload is a success or failure.

Customer Facing Display enhancements

Display charges breakdown: Control how fees are displayed on the Customer Facing Display. Configure displays to show a detailed breakdown of all costs or display limited payment information only.
