POS enhancements

Star printer buzzer alerts: You can now select specific ticket types to trigger buzzer alerts for Star printers. Previously, alerts were limited to Kitchen and Expeditor tickets. In POS version 2.81, you can toggle the buzzer for the following: 

• Bill/Receipt
• Order Ticket
• Kitchen Ticket
• Expediter Ticket

Merchant Portal enhancements

• Excel report exports format (Taiwan): Exported Excel reports now follow the format defined in the "Decimal Place Setting in Reporting Data" setting. 
• New Customer Facing Display (CFD) Shared Setting: A new setting has been added to the CFD shared settings, allowing you to choose whether to display item images for orders on the CFD.
• Android Kiosk Payment Settings note: A note has been added under "Self Order Kiosk (Android) > License > Payment Settings" clarifying that Settlement Settings are available for Octopus (3.0) and KPay payment methods.
• Resubmit Daily Closing Reports to Xero: Merchants can now resubmit Daily Closing Report data to Xero, making it easier to resolve data entry errors or failed submissions.
• Skip Inventory Tracking updates during Menu Template application: A new "Skip Inventory Tracking" toggle allows you to control whether inventory tracking settings are applied to menu items when updating a menu template.
• Singapore "DCS" GTO report update: Merchants in Singapore using the DCS GTO report can now exclude stored-value transactions, such as member credit top-ups, gift card sales, and gift card top-ups, from reports submitted to the mall.
• Expanded Media Promotion upload specifications: Detailed requirements have been added for better clarity, including: 
  • General image and video upload requirements
  • Media file specifications for media intended for the Customer Facing Display (CFD)

Branded Online Store enhancements

• Menu Tags in combo options: You can now configure the branded online store to display menu tags on the combo option selection screen. When this setting is disabled, menu tags will only appear on the main item.
• Menu Tag filters: Menu tag filters are now available on the ordering screen. 
  Note: Menu Tag filters only appear when "Icon Only" is selected as the Menu Tag display style.
• Country code configuration: You can now restrict or set the available country codes for customer sign-ups and guest order checkouts on your restaurant's Branded Online Store website.
