In this article, you’ll learn how to send diagnostics data to Eats365 from the POS.
Turn on Debug Mode
To enable Debug Mode on your POS, follow the steps below:
- Open the Eats365 POS.
- At the top right, tap Settings .
- Under "General," tap Preferences.
- Turn on Enable Debug Mode .
- Tap Enable to confirm.
Send diagnostics data from the POS
To send log files from the POS, follow the steps below:
- Open the Eats365 POS.
- At the top right, tap Settings .
- Under "Diagnostics," tap Send Diagnostics Data.
- Tap Yes to confirm.
This sends the POS log files to Eats365.
