Send POS diagnostics data to Eats365

When troubleshooting, checking the Eats365 POS diagnostics data can help point to or narrow down what could be causing issues on the POS.
In this article, you’ll learn how to send diagnostics data to the Eats365 support team from the POS.
Turn on Debug Mode
To enable Debug Mode on your POS, follow the steps below:
- Open the Eats365 POS.
- At the top right, tap Settings

- Under General, tap Preferences.
- Turn on Enable Debug Mode
.
- Tap Enable to confirm.
Send diagnostics data from the POS
To send log files from the POS, follow the steps below:
- Open the Eats365 POS.
- At the top right, tap Settings
.
- Under Diagnostics, tap Send Diagnostics Data.
- Tap Yes to confirm.
This sends the POS log files to the Eats365 support team.
