JKOPay (街口 支付) is a digital payment service that allows customers to link bank accounts and credit cards to their JKOPay accounts and generate QR codes for payments. When integrated with the mPOS, customers can settle their bills by presenting a JKOPay payment QR code, which is scanned and processed by the restaurant staff.

Set up JKOPay on the Merchant Portal

To enable JKOPay as a payment method, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Merchant Portal.
2. On the left panel, click on Restaurant SettingsPayment SettingsIntegrated Payment Settings.
3. From the list of payment services, scroll to the right and find “JKOPay,” then toggle on Enable .
   
   
4. Enable POS .
5. Enter the following information:
   
   • Store ID
   • Merchant ID
   • Merchant Key
6. Under "Enabled Module Type," enable MPOS .
   
   
7. Click on Save to confirm.
