View the Event Log Report
Learn how to review a log of activities related to the Taiwan e-invoice and role permissions.
The Event Log Report records all actions related to the Taiwan e-invoice and role permissions. For example, if you enable a permission for a role, the action is immediately logged in this setting.
Delete
Important: You must have the required permission to access the Event Log Report. By default, the report is available to users with Organization Admin and Group Admin access on the Merchant Portal. You may also create a custom Merchant Portal role with the Menu Action Log permission enabled to access the report.
To view an Event Log Report, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Reporting
DiagnosticsEvent Log Report. - Select the date range of the event log that you want to check.
- Configure the following filter options:

Source- Select the source where the action was made. You can choose from the following:
- POS
- Portal

Content- Select the type of information you want to appear on the report. You can choose from the following:

Users and Permission - Role Permission

e-invoice
-
Users and Permission - Role Permission
- User - Select the user who made the action or modification.

Source- Select the source where the action was made. You can choose from the following:
- Click on Submit to retrieve the event log.
