Learn how to seamlessly link your member account to a restaurant’s branded online store and place Scan-to-Order dine-in orders using Pixalink.
Pixalink offers Single Sign-On (SSO) integration, enabling customers to easily connect their member accounts with a restaurant’s branded online store. By simply scanning the table QR code, customers are automatically logged in with no manual sign-in required.
Once logged in, customers can enjoy their member benefits, including earning points, using available credits for payment, and redeeming rewards while placing their orders.
In this article, you’ll learn how to use Pixalink’s SSO feature to log in and place dine-in orders through the restaurant’s branded online store.
Place online dine-in orders
To place orders on the branded online store through Pixalink, follow the steps below:
- Click on the link provided by Pixalink. You'll be redirected to the Pixalink dashboard.
Tip: The link can be changed to a QR Code by using a QR Code generator. - Log in to your member account.
- Tap Order Now.
- A prompt appears to allow camera usage. Tap Allow to proceed.
- Scan the restaurant's table QR Code for dine-in orders. You'll be redirected to the restaurant's branded online store website.
- Proceed to place the order and process payment.
