Update 26.2.1: Merchant Portal, Branded Online Store, and Modules enhancements
Release date: February 12, 2026
Merchant Portal enhancements
-
Delete Date Group:
- Upon deleting a Date Group, a prompt now appears to confirm whether you want to proceed with the deletion. This update applies to the Date Group that is currently in use.
- You can download the full list of shops and functions to check where the date group is being used before proceeding to delete.
- Restaurant sequence for organization and group reports: Organization and group-wide reports will now display restaurants in the same order as listed under "Shop Management." Previously, restaurants appeared in a random sequence, which may cause data management issues when new restaurants are added to the organization.
- Export Malaysia E-Invoice report: The Merchant Portal now supports exporting the Malaysia e-invoice report, allowing you to download a copy of the report.
- Update menu layout using Menu Templates: The Menu Template setting now includes the Layout Editor in the list of items you can apply to your menu.
- Void item reason in the void item report: The Void Item Report now includes information on why the item was voided.
- Re-issue e-receipts in PDF format for CN and NZ restaurants: You can now download a PDF version of an e-receipt from the transaction report. This enhancement applies to restaurants in China and New Zealand.
Branded Online Store enhancements
- Re-order a past order (Delivery and Pickup): Customers with existing accounts on the Branded Online Store can now quickly reorder items by selecting a past order from their reorder history.
- Display QR Code for Dine-in orders: An order QR Code can now be enabled for dine-in orders placed on the Branded Online Store, allowing restaurant staff to scan the QR code for easy locating of orders on the POS. This applies to orders that require payment at the cashier. Customers will show the staff the QR code displayed on the bill page upon payment.
- Display payment method "Pay at Counter" during checkout: A new enhancement now displays the payment method "Pay at Counter" for pay-later orders on the Branded Online Store. This note disappears once the order is paid.

-
Update device name:
- Modules that use the SelfServ app, including PhotoMenu, Pay Station, and Self Order Kiosk (iOS), can now be assigned a unique name for each device, making them easier to identify.
