ShopBack is a payment solution that allows customers to link various supported payment methods, such as credit/debit cards and digital wallets, for payments and cashback rewards. When integrated with the Eats365 POS, customers can complete their purchases by presenting their personal ShopBack payment QR code to restaurant staff to be scanned.

In this article, you’ll learn how to enable ShopBack for your restaurant.

Before you start

You must have the following ShopBack integration details to configure ShopBack for your restaurant:

• POS ID
• Secret Key ID
• Secret Key

Set up ShopBack on the Merchant Portal

To enable ShopBack as a payment method on the Eats365 POS, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Merchant Portal.
2. On the left panel, click on Restaurant SettingsPayment SettingsIntegrated Payment Settings.
3. From the list of payment services, scroll to the right and find “ShopBack,” then toggle on Enable .
   
4. Enter the following integration credentials:
   
   • POS ID
   • Secret Key ID
   • Secret Key
5. At the bottom right, click on Save.

Once integrated, “ShopBack will be included as an available payment method on the Eats365 POS.
