Integrate Online Octopus (365pay) with the Branded Online Store
Learn how to connect Online Octopus for 365pay services to the Branded Online Store.
Online Octopus is a digital payment solution that enables customers to make online purchases using the Octopus Wallet through the Octopus App. To accept these payments on the Branded Online Store, merchants must integrate Online Octopus for 365pay with their store.
In this article, you’ll learn how to set up online Octopus payments on the Branded Online Store.
Set up Online Octopus on the Merchant Portal
To enable Online Octopus as a payment method on the Branded Online Store, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Restaurant Settings

Integrated Payment Settings. - From the list of available payment services, click on the Octopus Online tab.

- Next to "Mode," click on the drop-down button and select 365pay.
- Under "Octopus Online," toggle on Enable.

- Enter the Merchant ID provided by Octopus.
- Click on Save to confirm.
Once integrated, “Octopus" will be included as an available payment method on the Branded Online Store checkout page.
