Integrate KPay with the Eats365 POS
Learn how to add KPay as a payment option on the Eats365 POS.
KPay is a payment solution that supports multiple payment methods, including credit cards, digital wallets, QR codes, and Octopus. When integrated with the Eats365 POS, it allows customers to pay their bills using these supported methods.
In this article, you’ll learn how to enable KPay for a restaurant as well as set up the necessary settings to start using KPay for payments on the POS.
Set up KPay on the Merchant Portal
To enable KPay as a payment method on the Eats365 POS, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Restaurant Settings

Integrated Payment Settings. - From the list of payment services, scroll to the right and find “KPay,” then toggle on Enable
.
- Next to "Printing Method," select where you want the receipt to be printed.
- Under "Enable Payment Type," toggle the payment method that KPay accepts. You can choose from the following:
- Credit Card
- CUP
- Alipay/WeChatPay
- Octopus
- PayMe
- Click on Save to confirm.
Once integrated, “KPay” will be included as an available payment method on the Eats365 POS.
Complete the KPay integration on the POS
To pair the Eats365 POS with the KPay, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Eats365 POS.
- At the top left, tap Settings
. - Under "Integrated Payment," tap KPay.
- Select the applicable KPay terminal version.
- Enter the following details:
- IP Address
- Port
- Select your preferred method for QR code payments:

- POS Scan QR code
- Terminal Scan QR code
- Terminal Generate QR code
- At the top right, tap Save.
