Integrate KPay with the Eats365 Biz
Learn how to add KPay as a payment option on the Eats365 Biz.
KPay is a payment solution that supports multiple payment methods, including credit cards, digital wallets, QR codes, and Octopus. When integrated with the Eats365 Biz, it allows customers to pay their bills using these supported methods.
In this article, you’ll learn how to enable KPay for a restaurant as well as set up the necessary settings to start using KPay for payments.
Set up KPay on the Merchant Portal
To enable KPay as a payment method on the Eats365 Biz, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Restaurant Settings

Integrated Payment Settings. - From the list of payment services, scroll to the right and find “KPay,” then toggle on Enable
.
- Next to "Printing Method," select where you want the receipt to be printed.
- Under "Enable Payment Type," toggle
the payment method that KPay accepts. You can choose from the following:- Credit Card
- CUP
- Alipay/WeChatPay
- Octopus
- PayMe
- Click on Save to confirm.
Once integrated, “KPay” will be included as an available payment method on the Eats365 Biz.
Connect to the KPay terminal printer
To pair the Eats365 Biz with the KPay terminal printer, follow the steps below:
- Open the Eats365 Biz.
- At the top left, tap Menu

Printer Setup. - Tap Scan Printers.
- Select KPay from the list.

- Tap Scan Printers.
- Tap the printer that you want to pair.
- At the top right, tap Pair.
Tip: You can tap Test first to print a test receipt before pairing.
