Delete an account on the branded online store
Learn how to permanently remove an account from the branded online store.
To delete your account on the branded online store, follow the steps below:
Mobile
- On your mobile device’s browser, visit the restaurant’s branded online store website.
- At the top right, tap Account .
- Tap Account & Profile.
- At the bottom, tap Delete My Account.
- Enter your password.
- Tap Next Step to proceed. A Confirm Account Deletion prompt appears to inform you on what happens after you delete your account.
- Tap Delete My Account to confirm account deletion, or tap Cancel to disregard account deletion.
Desktop
- On your desktop browser, visit the restaurant’s branded online store website.
- At the top right, click on Account .
- Click on Account.
- Scroll down to the bottom and click on Delete My Account. A Confirm Account Deletion prompt appears to inform you on what happens after you delete your account.
- Enter your password.
- Click on Delete My Account to confirm account deletion, or Cancel to disregard account deletion.
