Set up and install Pay Station
Learn how to install and configure a Pay Station using the Eats365 POS app.
The Pay Station module allows customers to pay for their orders on their own. Just like a PhotoMenu, you can set up a Pay Station to be a standalone device where customers can conveniently pay for their orders. In this article, you’ll learn how to install and link a Pay Station to your Eats365 POS.
Before you start
To get your device ready to install Pay Station, make sure you have the following ready:
- An iPad connected to a stable internet connection
- A Pay Station license
- An Eats365 POS terminal
- A receipt printer
Install Pay Station
To install Pay Station, follow the steps below:
- On your iPad, open the Apple App Store.
- Search for Eats365 Photomenu.
- From the search results, select Eats365 Photomenu. Then, tap Get. Once the download is complete, you can find the Eats365 Photomenu app on your device.
Pair Pay Station to the POS terminal
To link Pay Station to the POS terminal, follow the steps below:
- On your iPad, open PhotoMenu.
Note: Your device may ask you to enable permissions. Tap OK to continue. - Tap Pair Device. A QR code is then generated from the PhotoMenu, which the POS terminal needs to scan in order to pair.
- On the POS terminal, log in to Eats365 POS.
- At the top left, tap Settings .
- Under General, tap Device Pairing, then tap Pay Station.
- Tap Scan QR Code. The POS terminal’s camera turns on.
- Align the PhotoMenu QR code to the POS terminal’s camera.
- Once the QR Code is successfully scanned, the screen redirects to a page where you can configure your Pay Station’s basic settings. Set the language and accepted tender types for your Pay Station.
Note: You can customize the Pay Station’s settings now or do this later on. For more information, refer to Configure Pay Station settings.- Under Operation, set the language for the Pay Station.
- Under Accepted Tender Types, select the tender types you’d like to be available on the Pay Station.
- At the top right, tap Pair Device to continue pairing.
- At the top right, tap Save to confirm.
Once the Pay Station is paired with the POS, you can start using the Pay Station.

Unpair Pay Station from the POS app
To remove the Pay Station from the POS app, follow the steps below:
- On the POS terminal, log in to Eats365 POS.
- At the top left, tap Settings .
- Under General, tap Device Pairing, then tap Pay Station.
- Select the Pay Station that you’d like to unpair.
- At the top right, tap Unpair Device.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
Once the Pay Station is removed from the POS, the Pay Station, including its configurations, is deleted. When you pair the device again, you must configure the settings to your preferences again.
