Void or refund an order on the Self Order Kiosk
Refunding and voiding are similar transactions but serve different purposes.
- Void order - A voided order means the transaction is canceled before it is fully processed, preventing any charge from going through.
- Refund order - A refund occurs after the transaction has been completed, meaning the customer’s payment is returned.
To void or refund a fully paid order on the Self Order Kiosk, follow the steps below:
- On the lower left corner of the Self Order Kiosk screen, tap the Eats365 URL (www.eats365pos.com) multiple times.
- Enter the passcode
tap Confirm.
- On the “Setting” page, tap Transaction Record.
- Select the transaction that you want to process a void or a payment refund.
- Tap Payment Details
Void/Refund. A confirmation prompt will appear to indicate whether you want to proceed with the void or refund process.
- Tap Confirm to proceed.
Once the order has been voided or refunded, a receipt is printed as proof for the void or refund transaction.
