Learn how to fix terminal connection issues between KPay and your Eats365 POS or other ordering modules.
If the Eats365 POS or other Eats365 modules, such as Eats365 Biz, experience connectivity issues with KPay, restaurant staff will be unable to process customer payments through the KPay terminal.
In most cases, these errors occur because the terminal's internal operational mode inadvertently changed, and they can be resolved by applying minor configuration changes to the KPay terminal settings.

- On the KPay terminal, open Settings.

- Tap POS integration setting.

- Tap Connect to external POS system and toggle the setting on

- Return to the main page and trigger a new payment.
