If your Android Self Order Kiosk has an attached light indicator, it may turn red when an error occurs, allowing staff to be aware of issues just by glancing at the kiosk. The red light error indicator is caused by a printer, payment, or network connection issue, such as:
- The kiosk is out of receipt paper
- The printer's cover is open or not properly closed
- The kiosk is not connected to the internet
- The payment terminal failed to complete the payment for the order

Fix printer errors
To fix a printer error on the Android Self Order Kiosk, resolve the issue as indicated on the kiosk screen.
- The kiosk is out of paper: Replace the paper roll inside the printer.
- The printer cover is open: Ensure that the printer's cover is properly closed.
Fix network connection issues
To connect or reconnect the Android Self Order Kiosk to the network, resolve the issue as indicated on the screen.
- The network is disconnected: Check and troubleshoot your network.
- The kiosk is not connected to a network: Access the kiosk's settings and configure the network.

Fix payment terminal errors
To fix a payment terminal error on the Android Self Order Kiosk, resolve the issue as indicated on the screen. Typically, you can resolve the error by checking transaction records or following the in-app screens on your terminal.
- On the kiosk, open Settings.
- Tap Transaction Record
