POS not detecting payment status on the Adyen payment terminal
Learn how to manage an order when the Eats365 POS isn't recognizing the 365pay payment status.
When a connection loss happens to the Eats365 POS and Adyen payment terminal during payment processing, it might result in the POS being unable to receive the payment status feedback from the payment terminal.

In this article, you'll learn how to manually resolve a 365pay payment for an order after the payment window on the POS has reached timeout.
Resolve Adyen payment connection error on the POS
When the POS doesn't recognize the status of a 365pay payment processed on the Adyen payment terminal, which leads to a payment connection error, follow the steps below:

On the Eats365POS: On the "Payment Connection Error" prompt on the payment screen, tap Retry and check if this relays the payment status from the Adyen payment terminal to the POS successfully. If the error persists, move to the next step.

On the Adyen payment terminal: Check whether the payment for the transaction was accepted or declined. From the Adyen payment terminal's menu, select Transaction
History. Then, enter your passcode and check whether the transaction status is approved or declined.

On the Eats365 POS: Follow the next step depending on the payment status showing on the payment terminal:

Approved: Tap Mark as Paid to manually confirm the successful payment for the order. This should resolve the issue.

Declined: Tap Cancel and process the payment again.
