When Alipay is integrated with Eats365 Biz, you can process customer payments by scanning the customer's Alipay payment QR code.

In this article, you'll learn how to process payments using Alipay on the Eats365 Biz.

Process payment for an order

To process Alipay payments, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Eats365 Biz app. 
2. Place an order.
3. When the customer is ready to pay, tap Confirm. 
   
   • If the Eats365 Biz is configured to require payment, you'll be directed to the payment page. 
   • If the Eats365 Biz accepts pay later, a prompt appears to confirm whether you want to pay immediately or pay later. Tap Send Order Now and Pay.
     
     
4. From the list of accepted payment methods, select AlipayHK.
   
   
5. Tap Pay to confirm.
6. Scan the customer’s QR code.

Once the payment is successfully processed on the customer’s integrated payment app, the Eats365 Biz displays a payment confirmation.
