Force delete a pending order
Learn how to manually remove a pending order on the Eats365 POS.
When you cancel a payment on a credit card terminal and the POS doesn’t detect that the payment has been canceled, you can force delete the pending order.
To perform a forced deletion, follow the steps below:
- Open the Eats365 POS.
- On the login screen, tap the “365” portion of the Eats365 logo six times.
- Enter “999” as the passcode.
- Tap Confirm to proceed.
