Leave a restaurant review on the Branded Online Store

Learn how to submit a review on the restaurant's Branded Online Store website.

When customers place an order through a restaurant’s Branded Online Store website, they'll have the opportunity to give a review, making it easy to let the restaurant know how they did in the transaction. 

The customer's option to share their feedback appears on their order's confirmation page once the order has been processed and the payment is completed. They can access the review option after checkout or through their order history.

Leave a review after checkout

To submit a review to a restaurant using their Branded Online Store website after checking out, follow the steps below:

Delete

Tip: If the confirmation page is no longer accessible, refer to the "Leave a review through the order history" section of this article.

Mobile

  1. On the customer's mobile device browser, open the restaurant’s Branded Online Store website.
  2. Ensure that they have placed and completed their order. 
    Important: For cash and pay-on-pickup or pay-on-delivery transactions, the review option only appears once payment has been made. Once the customer has settled their bill, refresh the confirmation page to display the review option. You can also refer to the "Leave a review through the order history" section for alternative steps.
  3. On the confirmation page, under "Rate Your Experience," have the customer select their desired rating.

  4. Upon selecting the applicable rating, they might be directed to a review form depending on the rating they entered. 
    • If they are not directed to a review form upon selecting a rating option, tap Submit.
    • If they are directed to a review form, they have the option to leave a review through the form.

After rating, the review section should indicate that the restaurant has received their feedback.

To submit a review to a restaurant using their Branded Online Store website after the transaction, follow the steps below:

Mobile

  1. On the customer's mobile device browser, open the restaurant’s Branded Online Store website.
  2. At the top right, tap Account My Orders & Order History.

    Note: If the customer is using the restaurant's website as a guest, orders will only appear under "My Order & Order History" if they're using the same browser where they placed their order.
  3. Select the order the customer would like to submit a review on.Important: 
    • For cash and pay-on-pickup or pay-on-delivery transactions, the review option only appears once payment has been made. Once they've settled their bill, refresh the confirmation page to display the review option.
    • The review option does not appear for cancelled transactions.
  4. On the order details page, under "Rate Your Experience," have the customer select their desired rating.
  5. Upon selecting the applicable rating, they might be directed to a review form depending on the rating they entered. 
    • If they are not directed to a review form upon selecting a rating option, tap Submit.

    • For cash and pay-on-pickup or pay-on-delivery transactions, the review option only appears once payment has been made. Once they've settled their bill, refresh the confirmation page to display the review option.
    • The review option does not appear for cancelled transactions.
  4. On the order details page, under "Rate Your Experience," have the customer select their desired rating.
