Create and manage bundle discount
Learn how to create, modify, and delete bundle promotions on the Eats365 POS and Merchant Portal.
A Bundle Discount is a type of discount that requires customers to buy at least two participating items to qualify. For example, you can create a promotion that bundles your menu’s “Pastry” and “Coffee” categories together. So, when a customer buys a "Croissant" and an "Iced Latte" in the same order, the discount you set for the bundle promotion applies to the order automatically.
In this article, you’ll learn how to set general bundle promotion preferences and how to create, edit, and delete a bundle promotion.

In this example, assuming that the customer’s order includes all “Get One” items, if the different flavors of pizza cost $10, $12, and $15, the customer would get a $15 discount.
- Standard Offer: Sets the POS to identify and apply the lowest offer to the bundle discount. For example, if you create a “Buy One, Get One” bundle discount that includes items with varying prices, the POS will apply the discount to the lowest-priced item. In this example, assuming that the customer’s order includes all “Get One” items, if the different flavors of pizza cost $10, $12, and $15, the customer would get a $10 discount.
