Create and manage bundle discount

Learn how to create, modify, and delete bundle promotions on the Eats365 POS and Merchant Portal.

A Bundle Discount is a type of discount that requires customers to buy at least two participating items to qualify. For example, you can create a promotion that bundles your menu’s “Pastry” and “Coffee” categories together. So, when a customer buys a "Croissant" and an "Iced Latte" in the same order, the discount you set for the bundle promotion applies to the order automatically.

Delete

Important:

  • For Discount 1.0: Bundle discount can only be applied to orders placed on the Eats365 POS.
  • For Discount 2.0: You can configure the settings to apply bundle promotions to consumer-facing modules such as the Self Order Kiosk and the Branded Online Store.

In this article, you’ll learn how to set general bundle promotion preferences and how to create, edit, and delete a bundle promotion.
