Send diagnostics log from the Queue Ticket Kiosk
To send log files from the Android Queue Ticket Kiosk, follow the steps below:
- Open the Eats365 Queue Kiosk app.
- At the top of the queuing tickets screen, tap the Eats365 logo six times.
- Enter the passcode.
Tip: If you haven’t set up a passcode for the Ticket Kiosk, the default passcode is "000000." To change the passcode, use the Merchant Portal.
- On the "Settings" page, tap Upload Log.
- Tap Yes to continue.
- Select the date of the log that you want to send.
- Tap OK to confirm and initiate the log upload.
Once complete, a message will appear on your screen, confirming that the diagnostics data has been sent successfully.
