Payments are crucial in fulfilling order transactions and receive monetary compensation for the goods and services the restaurant offers. With the Eats365 POS, you can process payments for orders using various tender types, including cash, debit and credit cards, and third-party integrated payments.

Process payment during order-taking

To settle the bill during order-taking, follow the steps below:

1. Once you’ve added items to the order, at the bottom right, tap Pay.
   
   
2. Select the customer’s preferred tender method.
   
   
3. Tap Pay.
   
   

Process payment for confirmed orders

To settle the bill of an order that’s already placed and confirmed, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the payment screen. 
   • For Dine-in orders: On the Table Map screen, press and hold the table, then tap To Payment.
     
     
   • For Takeout orders: At the top right, tap Order List . Then, search for the order that you want to process payment. Select the order then tap To Payment.
     
2. Select the customer’s preferred tender method.
   
   
3. At the bottom right, tap Pay.
   
   

(Dine-in only) Process payment for shared, split, and linked tables

To process a payment for a table that’s shared, split, or linked, follow the steps below:

1. On the Table Map screen, press and hold the table that you’d like to process a payment for.
2. On the table that you’re making a payment for, tap To Payment.
   
   Important: Processing a payment for a linked table requires you to separate the tables first or merge the orders into a single order before you can proceed to payment.
   
   
3. Select the customer’s preferred tender method.
   
   
4. At the bottom right, tap Pay.
