Change POS device name
Learn how to change the name of a POS terminal to easily identify where transactions are processed in the restaurant.
If you have a multi-POS setup in your restaurant, you can assign a name to each POS device to easily identify where orders are placed and where payment transactions are processed.

Tip: The POS device name will show up on various reports, including Shift Report, Pay In and Payout Report, and Reconciliation Report.
To change the name of your POS, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Eats365 POS.
- At the top left, tap Settings .
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings panel, then tap About.
- Tap Device Name.
- Enter the name that you want to assign to the POS.
- At the top right, tap Save to confirm.
