Set up pre-checkout item prompts
Learn how to proactively present items to customers for upsell or as a reminder after they initiate checkout.
The "Upsell" feature allows you to configure proactive prompts that suggest items to customers before they complete their checkout. This is supported across key Eats365 Modules, including the Self Order Kiosk (Android) and your restaurant's Branded Online Store website. Prompts can be configured as mandatory selections, such as a "Cutlery Request," or as optional recommendations to promote new or featured menu items.
