Add a tip from the Customer Facing Display

To leave a tip using the Customer Facing Display, follow the steps below: 

1. Process the payment on the Eats365 POS. After paying, a prompt appears to wait while the customer adds a tip from the CFD.
2. To add a tip, from the Customer Facing Display, the customer may do any of the following: 
   • Select from the available tip options. The tip value will be calculated automatically. Tap Continue to proceed.
     
   • Tap Custom and enter the desired tip amount. The amount entered will be added to the total order amount. Tap Confirm to proceed.
     
3. Once the tip is confirmed, continue the payment process on the POS.
