Learn how to cancel a restaurant membership from the Branded Online Store.
Customers with an active restaurant membership who no longer wish to continue the program can request to cancel their membership through in-store dining or via the restaurant’s branded online store website.
In this article, you'll learn how to cancel a membership from the branded online store.
Cancel restaurant membership
To request a cancellation of your restaurant membership, follow the steps below:
Mobile
- On your device’s browser, visit the restaurant’s branded online store website and log in to your account.
- At the top right, tap Account

Membership.
- At the bottom, tap Manage Account
Cancel Membership.
- A prompt appears to confirm whether you'd like to proceed with the cancellation. Tap Request Account Deletion to confirm.
Desktop
- On your desktop browser, visit the restaurant’s branded online store website and log in to your account.
- At the top right, click on Account

Membership Plan.
- At the bottom, click on Manage Account
Cancel Membership. 
- A prompt appears to confirm whether you'd like to proceed with the cancellation. Click on Request Account Deletion to confirm.

Once the request has been sent, staff members will be notified to manually process the membership cancellation.
