Eats365 POS serves as the core module for processing orders and table management, and the Queue Ticket Kiosk works in tandem to enhance the customer experience.

    Do I need an internet connection to use the Queue Ticket Kiosk?

    Yes. The Queue Ticket Kiosk should be connected to the same network as the Eats365 POS. Since the Queue Ticket Kiosk is synced with the Eats365 POS, a stable internet connection is necessary to ensure that all tickets issued on the Queue Ticket Kiosk are synchronized to the POS.
